Irish music workshops with Tradschool and Celtic Alpes, la Biolle (73410) Saturday 23rd and Sundat 24th February 2008. Saturday night concert with the groups Drisheen and Celtic Heart

Objective: Playing Irish music in a group context, arranging sets for the instruments in your group, in order to participate in the Saturday night concert.

Teachers: Steve Ducke (Flute, Whistle) Daniel Gourdon (Fiddle) Niall Mooney (Bodhran) Peter Keilty ( Bouzouki)

The workshops are open to the followin instruments :

Melody: flute, whistle, fiddle, recorder (other instruments, contact us first)

Accompaniment : guitar, bouzouki, piano, bass

Percussion : Bodhran

Entry level : a minimum level of competence in the given tunes is necessary. The sheet music for the tunes studied are available on Tradschool's website.

Times: Sat 10am – 6pm, Sunday 9am-12pm

Tarif: 50 euros
Saturday night (9-11pm): Concert with the members of Drisheen & Celtic Heart, and the participation of our students.Open to all, 5 euro entry.
